Standard or customized packages include but not limited
to: All carpeted, tile, wood and linoleum flooring vacuumed. All smooth
surfaces then will be swabbed and cleaned. Waxing, stripping and buffing of all
hard surfaced floors. Cobwebs removed. Bathroom(s) cleaned and sanitized.
Bathroom mirrors cleaned, hand-towels and toilet paper replenished. Dusting
includes but not limited to: lamps, picture frames, furniture, and
windowsills. Front foyer or entry area glass cleaned. Break areas cleaned and
sanitized, countertops wiped down. Sinks and faucets to be cleaned, sanitized
and left shinning.
Construction
When Coastal Cleaning is done, your client can move right
in. We make sure your client is satisfied. Scheduling challenges? We
understand you need for flexibility, especially at the end of the project.
We’re used to working with several trades finishing their part of a complex
puzzle. We simply work around them and finish the job, as you need it done.
Work performed for new construction:
Phase I – Rough Site Clean-Up - once the unit is ready,
Coastal Cleaning will come in and do a preliminary cleaning of the unit, to
include debris removal (dumpster provided by contractor), clean bathrooms,
kitchen, windows, etc. to prepare for final stages of building.
Phase II – In-Progress Cleaning - after unit is painted,
carpeted and in the final stages of building, Coastal Cleaning will perform a
cleaning to include vacuuming and cleaning of all floors, remove trash or debris
from final trim-out and perform a walk-through for pre-occupancy needs. After
Phase II is completed, contractor will make every effort to eliminate soiling
any floor, especially during rainy season, by putting plastic down over the
newly carpeted areas. Also by putting a walkway over muddy areas in exposed
environments.
Phase III- Final Pre-Occupancy Cleaning - once contractor
has completed all work, Coastal Cleaning will come in and do the last cleaning
of the unit leaving the unit ready for occupancy by the new owner.
Rental

windowsills. Kitchen area cleaned and sanitized, countertops wiped down. Sinks
and faucets to be cleaned, sanitized and left shinning. Cabinet fronts wiped
down. Refrigerator, stove and microwave interior will be cleaned as well as
blinds and ceiling fans dusted. Linens changed (provided by owner) and
laundered.
Move Out / In Cleaning
You are all packed up and ready to move to your new home-
after all that work, the last thing you need to think about is cleaning your old
place- Coastal Cleaning is here to help! We will completely clean your old
home- remove trash or debris if necessary- and will make your move as smooth as
possible. Of course, you want a clean home to move into- and we can help make
your adjustment to your new home easier- there’s nothing like moving into a
freshly cleaned home!
Power Washing
We provide pressure washing to our customers. Does your

Swimming Pool Cleaning
Do you have a rental unit or a home with a pool that needs

Carpet Cleaning
Carpets need to be cleaned periodically to extend their
life and remove the dirt and grime that builds up over time. We offer carpet
cleaning to our customers. We prefer to do the smaller jobs and leave the
larger ones to the companies that specialize in carpet extractions. We will
move small furniture and items to reach high traffic areas.
